THIS ALLOWS US TO OFFER THINGS AT MUCH CHEAPER PRICES THAN OUR COMPETITORS
We hold our standards very high here for packing live coral. All live corals are securely and successfully packaged in 3-4 mil poly bags. We fill these bags with the proper amount of quality, balanced saltwater. We then double and sometimes triple bag each item and bag clip each item for extra puncture and leakage protection. From there the bags are placed into 1" - 2.5" insulated shipping containers to keep temperatures balanced and the live coral protected against Mother Nature.
Heat and Cold packs are utilized on a case by case basis. We check overnight weather for every package that leaves our possession. We try not to use them if they are not needed because a lot of the time they do more harm than good in small spaces.
Styrofoam shipping containers are packed with packing paper and are always covered in a cardboard container to further protect against Mother Nature and poor carrier handling.
All orders are shipped with UPS Overnight service. This allows the live coral to be in transit as short as possible.
When each order ships an email notification is sent to each customer with a tracking update to follow your live coral the whole way. Someone needs to be present at the time of delivery.
This will ensure that when you buy coral online it is not left in the rain, high/low temps, or left for an extended time in its packaging.
We always prefer shipping to a commercial address.
Whether it be a UPS pickup facility or your office.
With choosing a UPS pickup destination, most orders can be picked up before scheduled delivery and that eliminates the unneeded stress of sitting in a hot truck or on a doorstep all day.
- Poor weather conditions may prevent us from shipping right away. We are always very cautious. We watch for winter storms, extreme cold temperatures, or freak acts of Mother Nature in or around your area. We also check the weather conditions at the UPS main hubs to ensure the smoothest delivery of your live coral from start to finish.
- At this time we can only ship live coral to the continental US.
- We impose a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellation of live coral once an order is placed or we offer the customer a full store credit to use at a later time that will be good for 1 year before it expires.

Without pics within two hours of arrival there is no guarantee!
That means, if there are any clear issues with any of your live coral, "dead" within 12 days, all you have to do is send us clear pictures showing that the item is dead.

If your new live coral addition does not arrive alive we will issue you a store credit.

YOU MUST SEND PICTURES OF ANY ITEMS IN QUESTION WITHIN 2 HOURS OF DELIVERY IF YOU DO NOT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE
1) We must receive a clear picture showing a fully dead or damaged coral within 2 hours of delivery
2) NEVER send H.F. back, or throw away any items or else the guarantee is null and void.
3) NEVER remove a coral or frag from the base, plug, stone, disc, etc or guarantees are null and void
4) NEVER refuse a wet or damaged box or a package that has been delayed in transit. All guarantees will be null and void.
5) Guarantee only applies to orders that have been shipped. Local pick up orders are not covered under any guarantees.
6) Order cancellations anytime before shipping will incur a %20 restocking/reselling fee OR a full store credit will be given to the customer and must be used within 365 days from being issued.
7) We do not offer any live guarantees for Invertebrates or Live Tropical Fish
8) We hold the right to refuse any live arrival guarantee
Tanks with predatory inverts and non-reef safe fish like angels, triggers, puffers, butterflies and fish that perch on or have the possibility of nipping of live coral, will void all guarantees.
9) Shipping fees are never credited, refunded, or free.
We assume all customers have moderate reef keeping knowledge when we ship to them. We can not be held accountable for poor water quality and we may ask for full spectrum water test results from a professional reef keeping store near you to process guarantees.
