WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING.

We hold our standards very high here for packing live coral. All live corals are securely and successfully packaged in 3-4 mil poly bags. We fill these bags with the proper amount of quality, balanced saltwater. We then double and sometimes triple bag each item and bag clip each item for extra puncture and leakage protection. From there the bags are placed into 1" - 2.5" insulated shipping containers to keep temperatures balanced and the live coral protected against Mother Nature.
Heat and Cold packs are utilized on a case by case basis. We check overnight weather for every package that leaves our possession. We try not to use them if they are not needed because a lot of the time they do more harm than good in small spaces. 


Styrofoam shipping containers are packed with packing paper and are always covered in a cardboard container to further protect against Mother Nature and poor carrier handling.


All orders are shipped with an Overnight service.
This allows the live coral to be in transit as short as possible.
When each order ships an email notification is sent to each customer with a tracking update to follow your live coral the whole way. Someone needs to be present at the time of delivery.
This will ensure that when you buy coral online it is not left in the rain, high/low temps, or left for an extended time in its packaging. 
We always prefer shipping to a commercial address.
Whether it be a UPS pickup facility or your office.
With choosing a UPS pickup destination, most orders can be picked up before scheduled delivery and that eliminates the unneeded stress of sitting in a hot truck or on a doorstep all day. 
We are not responsible for UPS delays resulting in death or damage from the prolonged travel, due to weather, mechanical failures, or wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for UPS not meeting service agreements.

GUARANTEES & RETURNS
Refunds are never offered for Live Coral that are damaged, dead, or dying from shipping.
Only store credit can be issued to the customer for Live goods.
Returns are never accepted. Please do not ship Coral and Livestock back to Hellfire Frags unless we give written consent.
Shipping costs are never refunded or credited. These fees are paid to an outside entity to arrange the travel of your purchase to your location.
Corals and Frags purchased on clearance or at a discount are bought As-Is-Where-Is and the following live arrival guarantee does not apply. Corals and Frags purchased with gift cards are purchased As-Is-Where-Is and the following live arrival guarantee does not apply.


Live Guarantee will only apply to online orders.
There is a %20 restocking fee for any cancelled orders especially during one of our events, or a full store credit offered to the customer, good for 1 year to date of credit issued.
Live Arrival Guarantees do not apply to Invertebrates or Live Tropical Fish
Our live guarantee will only apply to Live Coral.
Store credit can not be used towards shipping fees.


We are setup to hold orders for no more than 15 days for our customers. Please put in the notes at checkout to ship a certain day. (Mon-Wednesday shipping only)
 
Poor weather conditions may prevent us from shipping right away.
We are always very cautious. We watch for winter storms, extreme cold temperatures, or freak acts of Mother Nature in or around your area and ours to ensure the timing is as right as possible. We also check the weather conditions at the UPS main hubs to ensure the smoothest delivery of your live coral from start to finish. 

At this time we can only ship live coral to the continental US.

  • We impose a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellation purchased items or we offer the customer a full store credit to use at a later time that will be good for 1 year before it expires.
  • Coupons and discounts can not be used towards shipping costs.
  • We can accommodate requests to hold your order when you buy coral online for 15 days from the day the order is placed. After 15 days guarantees are null and void.
  • Hellfire Frags takes no responsibility for UPS delays due to weather or mechanical failures resulting in death or damage from the prolonged travel. UPS weather or mechanical delays void and null live arrival guarantees.
